Nature & Scope:Cruise Line terminal representative positions are available primarily at Port Everglades.Other available locations include Ft. Lauderdale and Miami Airports and the Port of Miami.Representatives
must have customer service skills and experience. Meet and greet representatives will be responsible for providing services
to all cruise guests to ensure an efficient embarkation and transportation process.Qualifications:
Computer skillswith speed and accuracy
Flexible working schedule, to include weekends and evenings
Confidence in speaking to large groups and managing
crowd control
Prolonged standing and walking for up to 6 hrs.
Working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Availability to
work from October thru May
Proficient English skills
Customer service experience
Successful background check
Duties Include:
Meet and Greet arriving and departing
cruise line guests in all areas of operation
Ascertaining guest eligibility to travel by document verification
Working individually or as a team
Directing and assisting
guests to their transportation upon arrival and departure
Checking in guests on a computer program; knowledge of travel document
requirements
General assistance to guests in a very busy environment
Salary::Starting salary is $8.50 – $9.00 per hour, based on experienceDress Code:
