Provide services to all cruise guests to
ensure a smooth and timely embarkation/disembarkation and transportation process at the cruise ship terminal.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Meet and Greet arriving and departing cruise
line guests.
- Proof travel documents and input accurate guest data into computer systems.
- Assist guests to
their various modes of transportation.
- Work with a team of staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work the entire season from October through May.
- Assignments as directed
| | Qualifications: | - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient
in computer usage, able to navigate through the computer with ease
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational
skills
- Well groomed with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Comfortable speaking to
crowds and capable of crowd control
- Must be team oriented and able to work with a diverse workforce
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, indoors and outdoors
- Must be able
to stand and work for extended periods of time - up to 6hr increments
- Commitment to schedule as assigned
