Meet & greet cruise line guests as
they arrive. Make sure that they feel welcome and their needs are taken care of. Facilitate smooth transfer of guests and
their luggage.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Welcome arriving cruise guests into the
airport and accurately answer any questions they may have as it relates to the start of the cruise vacation.
- Make sure that all luggages are properly identified.
- Verify identification for all guests
to ensure they are eligible for transfer
- Escort guests to their transportation
- Ability to work the entire season from October through May
- Proficient in computer
usage, able to navigate through the computer with ease
- Assignments as directed
| | Qualifications: | - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to
stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, up to 6 hour increments
- Ability to work in
all weather conditions
- Ability to work in fast pace work environment
- Must possess assertive nature
- Neat, professional appearance
- Proficient in computer
usage, able to navigate through the computer with ease
- Commitment to schedule as assigned
