they arrive for their pre or post hotel stay; ensure that they feel welcome and their needs are taken care of. Facilitate
smooth and accurate transfer of guests and their luggage.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Meet and Greet arriving cruise line guests
to their respective hotel.
- Accurately answer questions and provide clear directions for their next destination
(transfers to airport, transfers to the pier)
- Make sure that all luggages are properly delivered or retrieved
by bell staff.
- Proof travel documents to ensure eligibility for transfer
- Ability to work the entire
season from October through May
- Assignments as directed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
of time, up to 6 hour increments
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to work in fast pace work environment
- Must possess assertive nature
- Neat, professional appearance
- Proficient in computer usage, able to navigate through
the computer with ease
- Commitment to schedule as assigned
